In 2015, implementing creative procurement strategies which led to savings worth AED 150 million with effective  negotiations for various projects during the special assignment.

Handled total projects worth AED5.5 billion till date

As Area Director of Materials – Dubai and N.E of Rotana Hotels & Suites

Promoted to the position of Area Director of Materials within six months of joining the organization

During the pre-opening of nine Dubai and NE hotels, successfully achieved significant cost savings between 15%

to 20% from the initial pre-opening budget on all FF&E and SOE pre-opening budgets

Recorded substantial average savings of 15% year on year from all Dubai and NE properties (a competition was  introduced between properties which augmented the spirit of growth without compromising with the quality of  the deliverables)

Utilized extensive network in the industry to converge senior decision makers and budget holders across the GCC  regions
